Introduced through online chat, Emily and Joe couldn't help but be drawn to one another. A perfect pair with matching sarcastic wit, outgoing personalities and a huge home in their hearts for family.
As a photographer, this day couldn't have been any more accommodating. Emily set aside two full hours during our ten hours of coverage to concentrate solely on creative shots. Minus a slight rain scare momentarily during bridal party photos, we had more than enough time to be playful and experimental with a handful of nearby locations. Emily... THANK YOU!!!!!! Seriously.
To all future fabulous brides out there, if you are looking for highly creative images with loads of variety, give your photographer at least an hour with you and your groom alone. While group photos with family and friends are meaningful and priceless, you've probably hired your photographer based on their ability to capture your love story. Don't sell yourself short! Give the professional time and they should give you swoon-worthy images. The end.
I want to give a shout out to my girls – co-maids of honor – Kim and Gina. You two were beyond what a maid of honor should be and you shared the duty gracefully. Thank you both for your help with gathering folks, adjusting dresses, holding flowers and offering heartfelt toasts nerves and all.
Without further ado, and because Emily needs her sneak-peak-fix stat (ha), we present to you a glimpse of Emily and Joe.
The friendly owners of Village Candy Shoppe in Newcastle were ever so kind to let our sweethearts sugar-it-up in their candy store.
